Tumbling
Tumbling is the practice of manipulating one’s body as to perform such techniques as flipping, rolling, or arm supported re-directional techniques. Tumbling is performed without the use of apparatus and is most often associated with gymnastic floor routines. Tumbling employs a wide range of movements that require discipline, skill, speed, and strength.
Students are taught according to their own skill level and personal needs.We focus on proper skill and safety techniques to enhance each students training.
Students learn rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, back bends, back walk-overs, back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, back tucks and combinations.
* Please note that some classes have mixed skill levels, but progression is based on each child, not the class as a whole.
